Richard Joy OCT 2015Richard specialises in behavioural change. He enjoys helping teams define the opportunities and benefits of a culture founded on collaboration, shared learning and common goals.  This style of working builds on the  skills and knowledge from within the client team and secures genuine commitment for the new ways of working.  
Richard is a highly experienced facilitator and has taught facilitation skills on courses accredited through Leeds Metropolitan University. During the last 15 years he has facilitated a wide range of  high profile events within the public and the private sectors.

  • Oil & gas: Experience includes projects with BG Group, (behavioural change), Egyptian LNG, (behavioural & cultural change), BG Group, (Supply chain), Shell, (logistics operations in North Sea),
  • Banking: People change programme including Agile Working and Management development programmes. (behavioural change)
  • Central government: Dept for Business, Innovation and Skills, Houses of Parliament, Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Justice. (facilitation & stakeholder engagement)
  • Local government: restructuring within local government,  (stakeholder engagement)
