Case studies

The following brief case studies illustrate how we help our clients to build a culture that is inspiring, fulfilling and successful.

BG Group: Performance improvement through behavioural change:

Project objective: Achieve significant cost reductions within the Well Engineering function whilst retaining safety standards.

We worked with senior managers and team leaders from the Well Engineering function at BG Group’s assets around the world. The project  identified the behaviours and ways of working that would achieve significant improvements in operational performance. We worked with teams to build the behaviours, skills and capabilities that underpinned the required ways of working.
